Web has been quickly evolving in terms of scale, usage model and technology. In this site, every web-oriented article is tagged as either THINK or ACT. "THINK" parts will talk about strategy, management and technology, while "ACT" ones will focus on my open source project, web programming, scalability, security, etc.
